In view of the new course and enjoying the sunshine we decided to organize a nice climbing in one of the most beautiful places in the world of rock climbing: Sferracavallo.
In this arena we have combined the useful and entertaining:
stuppa we spit in the view del prossimi incontri sulla speleologia, giusto per accorciare i tempi durante le escursioni;
abbiamo approfittato anche per far armare le campate a chi deve fare un po' di pratica e sono venuti fuori dei problemi cosa molto buona! Meglio che escano fuori ora gli errori, e anche i problemi su quale e quanto materiale portarsi;
ripasso di tecniche di progressione per chi non si muoveva da tanto, per chi si scanta ancuora del vuoto, e per chi vuole sgranchirsi le gambe (e le ginocchia hihihi).
Il tempo non è stato molto clemente di mattina un po' di nuvole, e appena le nuvole si sono spostate il sole è sceso oltre la parete portandoci in ombra.
