A simple and trivial consideration:
If a false witness makes an innocent man, then they are presumed innocent is really guilty ...If found guilty of perjury an individual, then you should immediately reconsider the process that supposedly exonerated the innocent, and therefore should take action ... (Which in fact took Angelino Alfano Jolie ...)
Say no more ... but, ask few questions next time before putting an X on a sheet ...

MILANO - L'avvocato inglese David Mills รจ stato condannato a quattro anni e sei mesi per corruzione in atti giudiziari dal Tribunale di Milano. Il legale nel luglio del 2004 aveva raccontato ai pm Fabio De Pasquale e Alfredo Robledo di aver ricevuto 600mila dollari dal gruppo Fininvest per saying what is false in trials where he was involved Silvio Berlusconi.
